Disable the setting Block Chargeable Text and Picture Messages at my carriers website.
Details #
- This message often occurs when the carrier has restrictions preventing SMS/MMS messages from being sent. This can happen due to various reasons including carrier settings, phone configurations, or service issues.
- I use T-Mobile and had enabled carrier-provided call and message blocking.
- I was unable to send or receive messages to a few contacts.
- Those contacts are all subscribers of MVNOs using the T-Mobile network.
- For groups including these contacts, I stopped receiving all text messages from the group and the group did not receive messages I sent.
